Official 9-Stage Recruitment Procedure
As documented in our official crewing agreement docket:
1. Profile & Resume Assessment
Initial evaluation of candidate qualifications, sea service records, trade certifications, passport validity, and medical eligibility by our crewing evaluators.
2. Provisional Job Selection
Candidate profile is matched with active operator requisitions across Persian Gulf, Mediterranean, and Southeast Asian offshore concessions.
3. Sign-Up & Documentation Dossier
Submission of attested passport copies, educational degrees, CDC, BOSIET/STCW certificates, police clearance (PCC), and execution of candidate agreement.
4. Employer Interview & Selection
Technical trade interviews, video evaluations, or direct client sponsor assessments with authorized drilling and marine operating companies.
5. Registration & Service Charges
First Part: Payable at the time of official sign-up.
Second & Final Part: Payable strictly after Visa issuance & at the time of Air Ticket booking.
Package includes Documentation, Medical, Visa, and Air Ticket assistance.
6. Processing Timeline (Up to 60 Days)
The standard processing window is targeted up to 60 days from complete document submission and sign-up, subject to embassy slot allocations and operator mobilization dates.
7. Refund Policy (3 to 5 Days)
In the event of visa refusal by sovereign foreign authorities not caused by applicant forged documents or medical failure, eligible refund is settled within 3 to 5 business days.
8. Applicant Responsibilities
The candidate agrees to provide 100% genuine documents, attend scheduled medical tests (OGUK/DG), maintain passport readiness, and adhere to joining dates.
9. Important Disclaimer & Privacy
All candidate data is handled under strict confidentiality. Final visa grant remains sovereign to foreign embassies. Non-refundable once visa is stamped.
