The candidate warrants that all personal details, passport records, marine certificates, and previous employment records submitted are genuine and verifiable.
UPROUTE GLOBAL acts as the authorized crewing and recruitment facilitator for principal offshore operators across Middle East, Mediterranean, and global oilfields.
Final employment offer, rank designation, and wage scale are subject to client interview clearance, technical trade tests, and background verification.
The applicant agrees to undergo mandatory pre-deployment medical assessments (OGUK / DG Shipping / ILO) and OPITO/STCW training as required by the operating jurisdiction.
Processing service charges follow the standard 2-instalment framework (1st instalment at sign-up, 2nd & final instalment after visa issuance & at air ticket booking).
Standard target processing timeline is up to 60 days from complete document submission and sign-up.
In the event of visa refusal by foreign immigration authorities not attributable to applicant fraud or medical disqualification, eligible refunds are completed within 3 to 5 business days.
The applicant agrees to maintain readiness for offshore mobilization, flight departures, and safety drills as directed by UPROUTE GLOBAL crewing coordinators.
Any false representation or counterfeit documentation discovered at any stage will result in immediate forfeiture of application and legal reporting.
Applicant grants explicit consent to UPROUTE GLOBAL to process personal data, passport, and medical records for visa filings and operator crewing clearances.
